My name is Silvia and I'm Italian (please, forgive my language mistakes!!).
I've heard about raw food a long time ago and the times I tried it I felt wonderful. Unfortunately, I always realized it when I was back to cooked food.
I think I am completely dependent on cooked food: It's seems I am not able to forget it.
This is the reason I am here. Maybe with your support I will reach freedom!!
See you around!
Have a nice day!

This is the best place to learn. Read all you can and if you can purchase Alissa's book and DVDs - they are THE BEST out there...

hi italy :)
people use term ' cooked food addiction ' because its like other harmful addictions like alchohol / drugs / cigarettes , and just as hard to break .
its a long process , many say journey , to change your eating habits and find what the correct foods for your body are . and you'll fail many times and eat cooked food . so youve got to be able to put the brakes on the cooked food slide and lift yourself back up into the raw plant and water diet . but just keep looking at all the fat illhealthful from wrongful diets on earth as your inspiration to keep working your way to a raw plant and water diet because its obvious all the illhealthful people were eating wrong . years ago we didnt know any better , now we do . and thusly if you keep eating wrong you shall be judged by the physical laws of the universe to be weak and stupid  and made a sickly being for it .
SO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER :D

I have fallen down many time going back to cook food usually at hoildays or parties. This year I planned ahead and made my own party food and did not try to focus on myself and it worked! No one really notice except and I had fun and stayed raw!!! When you slip just start again right away. Don't let one meal or one snack keep you away from eating raw! Good Luck and many blessings. I dring Rejuvelac and kombuchi and that help stop craving for soda pop and wine
