Is it possible to make hemp powder from hemp seed? Will it work if I just try to grind it in a food processor? Or is there some other way? I want to make something that calls for hemp powder, but I have almost a bagfull of hemp seed, so I was wondering if I can use that to make hemp powder. Thanks.

No answer to your question but but another question about hemp.

Where can I find affordable hemp seed? I just bought a 2oz package of shelled seeds from the health food store and paid way too much for it.

Yes that's how Power and Meal is made by Grounding it. Sometimes things are recommended to Sprout and Dehydrate first but I would just ground the hemp up as is. I think a Coffee Grinder, Vita-Mix or something simular would be best to use other than a Food Processor but if you try it and it gets the Job done.......GOOD.

Thanks spicyfull.
Johnled, I got mine from amazon. It's the nutiva brand (organic), a big bag of hemp seed.
