goood morning!
So my goal lately is to get back to that weird and spooky (but beneficial) detoxing state that i was in last week. My detox took me so much by surprise and my emotions were so intense that i went back to a SAD diet before I realized that it was detox and i needn't be afraid!
So i noticed that i got into that state when I was completely 100% and when I was eating plain fruits and vegetables. Just very simple stuff like bananas, apples, melons, kale, spinach, lettuce -- not doctored up or salted or spiced or dehydrated. Mostly in smoothies!
so yeah! Smoothies!! that's what i'm planning for today.

Good evening,
I'm happy to say that my detox is finally over and I have some energy back! I am out of watermelon soup and avocados and really missed both of them today. Here was my menu for today:
- Green juice of cucumber, romaine, beets and beet greens, carrots
- Acai cheezecake
- Salad with raw sauerkraut and carro onion bread
- Smoothie with banana, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, cacao, Blue Manna
- Grapes
Hope everyone has a great night!

Hi, all, I am back from camping for five days. I got extremely bored with my food, especially since we ate out a lot with the relatives and I sat there with my fruit while everyone else was digging into piles of hot savory food! Felt a bit sorry for myself. But I am back home where I can once again prepare some really good raw dishes. Guess that makes me a foodie.
B: Garden salad (we were at a cafe that had zero fresh fruit! But they made me a dinner salad that was not bad.
L: Just noshed on the road on apples, nuts, and dates.
S: Right now I am eating some avocado ice cream my daughter made. It is rather tasty! I don't know what else I am having yet. Still recovering!

32 oz smoothie with grapefruit juice, strawberries, blueberries, honey, kale, baby spinach, 1 frozen banana
banana
tomato flax crackers and Alissa’s salsa
cherries
Alissa’s raw ravioli
raw coconut lime torte from health food store
Alissa’s apple turnip salad
corn “chips” with “taco meat” and Alissa’s salsa
rye essene bread and Alissa’s rye bagel with Alissa’s pineapple nut cream
(This was my first attempt at raw breads, they didn't turn very good so I'll have to do something else with them. I think maybe I let the rye sprout too long. I'm not really sure so I'll need to read up more on making raw breads.)
raw apple pie
60 oz water total
