hello to everyone!
right now i am on day 4 of a 21 day fast.
i have some questions:
a) is there a certain amount of water you are supposed to consume per day?
b) is there any way to keep from gaining all of the released weight back once the fast is over?
c) is drinking diluted fresh oj the best way to break a fast?

a - in my opinion i drink as much water as can in effort to help wash out stirred up from the fast pollution
b - to keep weight off ide eat a low fat raw vegan diet , and drink ice water with lemon squeezed in as to me its an appetite supresant
c - i dont get into all the best way to break a fast stuff , as longas its raw plants i dont see the difference

and every day i wanted to break it and eat....:D
but fast after fast i was able to FOCUS thru my food
appetite and keep pushing it . and my life isnt any less
for the days spent not eating , but rather better as ive
less fat on me and greater control over habits = the fasts pay off
in the long run !!!!!!!

So how has the fast been so far? I tried one a few months back and couldn't stick to it.
