I bought one and threw it in my Vitamix, leaves and all along with greens and fruit.

I wasn't sure what to do with it either. I'm looking forward to hearing what others have done!

Same here!!! I began growing them, oh maybe 20 yrs ago. Tried once with my dh and he didn't like them, so I haven't grown them in a while.

I just harvested mine, and what I used to do that was delicious, was dice and saute with tamari and scallops.

I was thinking of slicing them super thin and possibly doing something like Alissa's ravioli? marinating and dehydrating....or just marinating while sliced super thin, or in "matchsticks." Wonder if the spirallizer will work? .

Haven't done any of these yet though.

Great minds think alike, eh? Well, at least we ponder alike! Also looking forward to other responses.

Will fill you in on my experiments. Hope you do the same.
