hi everyone

I have severe eczema everywhere. I also have a Vitamin D and an Iron diffienciency as well as type II Diabetes. I am considering taking therapeutic enzymes to help heal my symptoms. Do you think this is a good idea? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Just start eating raw foods, they are full of every enzyme needed to digest them. It may take a while, but your body will heal itself given the correct natural foods. Taking enzymes is a good idea for people who do not want to eat raw, but I assume that is not the case with you, as you are here on a raw food forum?!:)

thanks Emma, your advice is much appreciated

I struggle to maintain a completely raw diet and that's why i'm considering the enzymes. I live in a climate that is cold most of the year round so really enjoy the comfort of cooked food. I want to be raw but have struggled for almost three years now.

Why not take enzymes to kick it in gear? Alissa sells them:
