Mint Chip Ice Cream

Frozen Bananas
Agave 1/4-1/2 tsp
Cacao nibs 1-2 Tbs
Mint extract, few drops

I mix this in my mini chopper, but you can use a blender too. No banana taste at all.

i have heard that agave and cacao are bad for you.. so could you use carob and stevia instead?

i have heard that agave and cacao are bad for you.. so could you use carob and stevia instead? Don't listen to what you hear, but how you feel when consuming. Raw, organic agave has always been the best sweetener for me and I've had sugar issues like candida. I believe it's way better than most sweeteners. Cacao has never had a negative affect on me.

Carob is a completely different flavor and works differently. It won't be the exact same thing especially because it's not chips. But if you use the right carob it could still taste good. The powder would make it more a chocolate syrup or fudge.
