What are some of the foods and nutrients (like amino acids, vitamins etc) that help improve memory? Any book that talks about it? Thaks.

i don't know about food/vitamins that does that, except ginko... which comes from a tree.. lol but i do know that if you continually learn new languages and read a lot, your brain stays sharp.

green juice, because the minerals and vitamins go straight to the brain, or at least mine!
E3 Live Brain On. spendy but it works.
sea vegetables, the brain loves bio-available minerals
and lots of cardio exercise.
and discovering what type of learner you are! :p
