Im following a high carb low fat diet trying to battle against my candida problem. When i was on a high fat diet which i read was the answer to candida it said not to have things like bread because of the yeast etc, but now that i have found out fat is the actual problem will it be okay to eat foods like bread that contain yeast?

The real problem is not having the right kind of bacteria in your gut. To cure candida, eat cultured/fermented foods with every meal. Saur kraut, kombucha, yogurt, seed cheeses, miso, amasake are some examples of cultured foods.

if you like spicy food, kimchi is also very good. :0) there's almost 200 types of kimchi- some spicy, some sweet, some pungent, etc.. you may also look into tsukemono, which is from japan. tsukemono and kimchi mean "pickled"... they use a combination of fruits, veggies and greens, just depends on what kind you're making. :0)
here's some interesting tsukemono:

The species of yeast that causes candida infection (Candida albicans) is totally unrelated to the yeast used to leaven bread (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Rawstrength is right in that a diet rich in good bacteria can help by repopulating the gut and driving the candida yeast out.

So if i eat foods like fruits, veg, food basteria foods etc, can i get away with eating some bread? Im keeping it low fat bread so it should be alright i would think.
My mum got me some probiotic yoghurts today, my concern about them is the sugar in them, will that be any harm at all?

the probiotics in yogurt are a totally different kind than naturally forms in your digestive tract. You will do yourself far more harm by eating any dairy product than you will receive benefit from probiotics or calcium. Have you read about the dangers of dairy? Really that is the one thing everyone could cut out first to notice a huge improvement in health and immune function.
All milk is pasteurized as well. If you were to feed a baby calve on pasteurized milk from it's own mother, it would be dead in 6 weeks or so. Do some research on dairy, seriously and you won't be tempted to eat it ever again.
Also is there a reason you want to eat the bread? Do you feel you have to? Or you just really want to keep bread as part of your diet? It's not raw and not considered a health food by any means, but it's up to you. Wheat itself is highly inflammatory and responsible for much of the asthma and allergies in the SAD world today.

These are some great recipe ideas. My website http://healthyfoodrawdiet.com also talks about natural cures and focuses on many of raw food and superfood expert David Wolfe's teachings.
