The Sunday morning Hillcrest Farmer's Market is wonderful. I visited it in November and not only was the produce great, there was a raw food company making treats. I had a slice of pizza. Oh and a guy making green smoothies. It's also a bazaar with clothes, jewelry, art and stuff.

SD is such a wonderful town. I love visiting the historic stuff, the museums, Balboa Park, the ocean and downtown. Have a great time!!

i suggest going to peoples co-op in ocean beach. it's a vegan/vegetarian store and has a lot of organic foods and raw stuff. david wolfe shops there all the time.

there's farmer markets going on like every day of week somewhere in san diego. i no longer live there so am not sure where is on which day.
