Hello all!

Ok, so just an FYI -

If you speak badly about me or my restaurant I’m going to delete the post.

Shocker to some of you, I know. But it’s my party :)

I’m pretty easy going about what is posted here and I don’t censor much. But it’s my board!!! It’s free for you even though I pay loads of money to keep it up. so be smart about it and don’t post here if it’s something negative about me and about my philosophy or projects, etc..
If you don’t like me, don’t use my board. Ahhhh, ok got that off my chest.

To those of you who do love me :p I’m so happy that you are all such active members. I try to keep updating the board and have also added more moderators to keep it running smooth.

I have some cool projects coming up... signed a huge book deal, opening a new restaurant in Newburyport MA and just about to launch a skin care line and a few more goodies.... busy busy. Ill post another thread about some job opportunities for those of you in MA.

Thanks everyone! I love reading your post even though I don’t write much... I’m just busy creating more raw info in as many ways as possible! But I am lurking and loving your raw energy!

It's amazing how we all feel like we know Alissa personally - esp if you've watched her DVD. I know when I watched it two years ago... it changed my life food-wise but it also made me feel like she was a friend I had tea with on the beach (((hugs)))

Throwing my two cents in here too -- this board was THE place I found out about raw food. There have been other boards that have popped up since, but I have such a love for this one. I love that there are moderators (yay, Aleesha and friends!) to keep it positive and keep it real.

I want to thank you for one of the best pieces of advice I have ever gotten. In one of the early episodes of Rawkin Radio, you and Revvelle talked about not treating the raw food lifestyle like a diet. That because you were eating whole raw foods you could eat as much as you want, even of raw desserts, and you would still be able to reach your ideal weight. Getting out of the diet mentality of counting 'points' or fat grams has been tough for me. But now I can eat whatever looks good to me without guilt, and my weight is slowly but steadily dropping to a normal range. Yesterday I ate half of your blueberry pie recipe as a meal. How great is that!

I can't imagine how any one could say anything bad about you. Your book, DVD etc. have such a common sense approach. Your book is ALWAYS the first one I recommend to people who show interested in raw food. And that is saying a lot because I own over 20 raw food books. I love your recipes. I wish there was a Grezzo on the West Coast.

Ditto for Cebu, Philippines... there are a lot of tourist there and I'd be very happy to drive into to Grezzo's Cebu City with my Honeybun for a good meal!
