dehydrating question

If i dehydrate onion bread and cookies at the same time, will it ruin the taste? Or is it fine to dehydrate different things at the same time?

Yes, it's fine to dehydrate different things at the same time. I do it all the time and have never had a problem.

Speaking of onion bread, I've got 4 trays of it going right now. I finally found a use for my Kitchen Aid stand mixer! It works great for making the onion bread batter (no more mega-stirring for me!). Also works great making sauerkraut...

Can you tell I'm not a fan of prolonged stirring?
