Has anyone ate nothing but greens for several days?

If so, please share your experiences...

Greens and fruits yes, but never just greens.

I guess it would be like a fast, because there's no way you'd get your calorific intake from greens alone in a single day. I wouldn't do it for too long.

Hi, would you mind sharing what you put in that green smoothie?

My biggest problem from eating cooked food for so long is that I don't
know what sensibly goes together in a smoothie..Would you want to
mix vegetables and fruits in the same drink? Does avocado work?
And do nuts go in whole or sprouted?

I do have a Vitamix..

Did you use any raw protein powder for a base, like the rice protein from Sun Warrior? I just ordered 2 containers to try. My current rice protein
powder isn't raw.

For the best digestion and energy you want to keep fruits with greens, or greens with veggies. As fruits are sugars and veggies are starches they don't mix very well in large quantities and can make you feel bloated or gassy. Also don't mix avocados or oils with fruits or you could have the same problem or issues with candida.

You can basically start any smoothie off with a base of the following:
bananas
mangoes
papaya
grapes

Then add things like
berries (they go with everything)
peaches
celery
mild greens

Or you can make a savoury soup:
start off with a base of
cucumber or celery or zuchinni

add some seasonings or herbs like
dill
green onion
cilantro
parsley
basil

and add some avocado to make it creamy.

Fruits and avocado don't really taste right together either so keep fruits away from veggies or fats, but greens can mix with anything.

To keep it simple i usually mix mango, banana, bluberry and a little bit of kale or spinach

or red grapes, celery, berries and spinach

or you can just do bananas and one kind of greens as well and it will generally always taste good.
