Small white cysts?

I'm 51 and occasionally have a small white thing somewhere on my face. Never happened when I was younger.
It doesn't stick up, it is sort of imbedded under the skin. About the size of
a poppy seed or slightly larger. If I dig one out (yeah, yeah...I know...not supposed to do that...) it is perfectly spherical and encased in a tough membrane that I can break by applying pressure. What is it?
I've only been about 65-75% raw, but have been upping the raw.
Is this gonna get worse?

I don't know....You know there are White Heads also.

I get those too, always have, no change since being raw and switching to the oil cleansing method either. (we are the same age)

As far as I know they are calcium deposits. Eliminate dairy and soy and they disappear in time.
