Will someone please help me. What do I do with the coconut meat and the milk. Are there any recipes out there. I am just beginning to eat raw and I need all the help I can get.

eat it, drink it, use it in recipes (tons of recipes out there, just do a quick search), smoothies, whatever you want!

i drink fresh coconut water after workouts with great results :)
