Oh my god, I am so used to just shutting down and becoming a lazy bitchy pig every month but this month the most that happened is I had to have a half an hour nap yesturday. Normally I need to sleep all day, swell up and feel gross and heavy, and eat a lot on top of that. I'm a believer, raw veganism rocks.

That's funny you post this, yesterday I was just talking to my husband about how I don't have hardly any cramps on the first day of my period this time. I have always for years had one "bad" day a month where I am so tired and lethargic, cramping, popping lots of ibuprofen, but not this time! Awesome!

one day is at least just one day
I'd sometimes have two weeks of this crap:(

I got a friend also where she had sever PMS and it went away, because of that she ticked to raw food.
So sorry that you had to go through this, but glad this is finally going away for you.

That's fabulous to hear! I have noticed that my PMS and cramps have decreased at 80% raw, I can't wait to see what happens at 100%! :)

I've been raw since Jan, and raw has helped mine a little as well but at this point I had expected it to have helped a lot more. Guess it will come in time.

My PMS still comes sometimes, but my periods are shorter and no longer are painful enough that I want ibuprofen.

I have also experienced less pain and bloated since I have gone raw. It feels great! I am happy that you have been able to experience this as well :D

Raw has helped me so much with this too I noticed! I feel so stupid for suffering for YEARS when the 'cure' was something so easy for me to fix myself. All of the years of different drugs I have tried and dr's visits... all unnecessary with some dang green smoothies, lol :)
