question about eggplant tacos

I've been making great use of the 'search' facility and have found all kinds of recipes and answers to questions I didn't need to ask...except this one...

Anyone who's made Eggplant Tacos - about how long to you have to dehydrate them until they can be bent into a "taco shell" shape? Just planning my day/menu ;)

Don't have the answer for you, but sure am glad you found the recipe. It looks great. I'll probably make adjustments and won't dehydrate it. Thanks for the idea.
