View Full Version : Alissa's Book
Before investing in Alissa's book, I was hoping to get a little more information about its contents. I know that she provides tons of recipes, but do the recipes require a lot of ingredients and prep time? I bought Natalia Rose's book "Raw Food Detox Diet" and found that many of the recipes required a long list of ingredients. The good thing about NR's book is that the ingredients were accessible and did not require a dehydrator. (I have a juicer and blender, but not a dehydrator.) Also, NR has a detailed diet plan. Does Alissa have a diet plan in her book? What can I expect?

You can expect a lot of good information. Yes, there is a "plan". But you will also be given the tools to understanding this way of life. And there are lots of good recipes...some with few ingredients, some with more ingredients. Just depends on what you like I suppose or how fresh and simpe you want your diet to be. Knowledge is power...sometimes it takes more than one book, one website, one forum to get what you're looking for.

There are many simple recipes and also recipes with a lot of ingredients or more complexe
This is a great book, i highly recommend it to you. I find all the recipes i tried from her book were good.
If you don't have a dehydrator yet and only want simple recipes, you can look into "raw made easy for two"
