I bought a book on my trip about dreaming and how to remember and encourage dreaming etc. So I am reading just before bed and I read that dreams will tell us all we need to heal. Wake up the next morning dreaming that I am walking along cradling a bunch of fruits and veggies in my arms, picking off bits of greens and eating them like they were the sweetest thing in the world. LOL. Loved it.

me too to all of the above haha..last night's dream i was being chased through my childhood home by a wasp while i was wearing 80's acid washed jeans and an oversized sweater. :confused: :p

OP..what book did you buy? i definitely believe in dream symbolism..just not always sure how to exactly interpret mine

when i dream, it's usually of very frightening things... i have VERY rarely ever had a pleasant dream in my life. they've almost always been horrific.
