Hello, this is mu first post, but i have a lot of questions.

I tried to search the forum but i'm in a very low energy condition, and some weird state of consciousness, and i have many questions but dont have time and energy to find the answers, so i have to ask those questions even thou they might be answers somewhere in the forum. Hope you dont mind.

I started with raw food about 3 weeks ago. Before that i was perfectly helty, had energy (as much as a oridinary man can have these days), could run and do things without beeing tired after minute etc.

First of all i want to ask you do you all eat like 9 bananas for brekfast?
In the books of arnold ehret, and other pioneers, they stick to 1-2 kg od fruit per day, and i find that apropriate for me, i cant eat more tha 5-6 bananas a day, and some fruits beside that and nuts ...

I cheated, i ate some meet once or twice, i eat some pies and stuf, very little, mostly fruits ...

What happend ...

Im now in bed, i hardly can go to bathroom without stars infront of my eyes, dizzynes, i have no energy, lost 5-6 kg, and my muscles turned to sponge, they remained the same volume, but they are so soft that it is discusting.

When i had more energy (3-4 days before) when i go to play football i could hardley move, i would imideatley stay out of air and hart starts to bump like crasy ...

It all points out to anemia?

Or is it natural proces of detoxication and i should not worry, because im pretty worried now ...

I tried to get up from bed now and i lost mu breath ...

It sounds a lot like anemia, though without a proper diagnosis you can't be sure. I would start consuming a lot of greens in any form possible. Juices, smoothies, salads and take chlorella and spirulina supplements to get your iron intake up.

You may also be experiencing detox as well.

Eat lots of greens and get plenty of rest.

Hope you feel better soon.

P.S. Worrying doesn't help anything, so try to stay positive. That will help you as well.

Is there anyone there watching out for you? Does anyone (friends, family) know you're feeling ill? I think that's an important thing, because we can't diagnose you or anything, or see if you need or don't need to be worried. I would listen to the advice you get here, but make sure you've got someone around for company and support.

i have had times when detoxing ive felt REALLY lethargic...

like i remember when on a fast i was really really tired and when i got up i would feel dizzy...

but the thing to note is that do you feel very very tired or do you feel un-well??

because being tired is one thing but feeling actually ill...well it could be something else....

i can't imagine you could become deficient in 3 weeks. i would think it's probably detox. drink LOTS of water... 4 litres a day unless you live in a hot dry climate in which case you could drink more than that.

be gentle with yourself and make sure someone is watching you in case you need medical attention.

I ate some milk, bread, and honez last night ... It may be just lack of energy ...

Eather way, i will have some liver today, and will be back to some meat eating for some time, and when i get well, i will start again but with lot more greenies and much better prepared meals.

How much do you eat per day? I see some people ate 9 bannanas for brekfast, i could not ate more than 6 bananas per day, is that enough calories? Because when i ate honey and milk and bread i felta lot beter, it look like it is calorie deficency, thou i dont know why would i have anemic symptoms because of the lack of calories?

Thank you for your answers, i have support and familly and all is well now :)

You would
if you are calorie deficient your body would start to eat it's own muscle for energy
as well as the lack of energy for you to do anything

My body started to eat my muscles long time ago :)
They are like sponge right now ...

But i cannot eat more than 6-7 bananas a day, i would literary trow up if i ate more, and pioneers like ehret told that it is enough to eat 1-2 kg of fruit per day.

How much do you eat?

Don't worry about what everyone else eats. Just eat whatever you want as long as it's raw. You said you eat mostly fruits. You may be detoxing too quickly. Fats will slow down your detox.

Ok, but 6 bananas cant have more than 1000 kcal + maybe 200 kcal from other fruit, its 1200 total, isnt that too low caloric intake for one active 26 year old?

If you feel like crap eating like that, I would say yes.

What does your typical day of eating look like? Are you eating enough calories for your activity level? If you are that debilitated, something is not right. Are you eating a variety of fruits and veggies, good fats like avocado or coconut oil?

If you feel you aren't getting enough energy throughout the day, eat more energy-dense sources of food like avocados and coconut.
Nuts will probably make you feel more sluggish, sometimes I crave them and eat an abundance but I almost never feel good afterward.
Keep eating bananas but try to space out the fruit and eat them throughout the day one at a time. Eat right when you wake up and eat mostly fruit during the entire day, just be sure to keep it simple and eat every hour or so if you can. This way you can keep your metabolism moving and you will have more energy.

well first couple of days i practiced ehret's diet ... in the morning i drank a lot of lemon juice, than for the lunch i would eat 2 bananas and apple, and 20 min later i would have some salad. For dinner it was pretty much the same.

Later i included brekfast and bought blender ... it would tipicaly consist of two bananas and some beries to give them diferent taste and i almost totaly excluded salads. In betwen meals i would eat some nuts (maybe 50 gr a day) ... That would be it ...

Thanks for the advices, something is definitley not right, i will recover mu body for some time than i go raw again :)
Any suggestions will be apreciated :)

Add in some avocados, nuts, and seeds and GREENS and see if you don't start feeling better. Juice the greens so you can get more of them in per day.

GREEN SMOOTHIE

Greens and fruits go very well together.

One pack of greens (argula or spinach or kale or any greens)
2 cup of frozen mango
4-5 banana

Blend well and enjoy

p.s Greens heal your body in so many ways. Listen to your body once this detox is over, it will tell you what it wants. You may want to try young coconut. So good and it really heal you also in so many ways. Also, make sure you can tolerate sugar, you could have condition where you should eat fruits in moderation. I am the opposite, i need my fruits but some people cannot handle fruits.

Then don't eat 5 bananas in one meal. I don't know why you have in your head that you have to eat so many bananas in one meal. I don't care what raw pioneer or supposed raw guru you heard that from, but forget about it. Eat what YOU want. I never eat 5 bananas in one meal either, so don't worry. You won't be the only one. :)

ETA: Now I see that you got the idea to eat so many bananas from Raw Angel Mom's post with the smoothie recipe. You can always add less bananas. I use 2 medium sized ones in mine.

Here is a simple recipe for a "green" smoothie that I promise you will be able to get down.

1 large banana
1 large orange
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries or blackberries
2 handfuls of baby spinach

Add all of this to your blender, Fill the blender about halfway up with water and blend until smooth. Add

2 TBS ground flaxseed

Blend again.

All of these ingredients are cheap and readily available at any grocery store. Hudson's Mill and Bob's Red Mill ground flaxseed are the brands you usually will find in with the baking stuff. This smoothie provides a good mix of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals and omega-3 fats. The berries will turn the smoothie purple, in case green turns your stomach.

I would have to agree with the others. If bananas are turning your stomach at the thought of eating so many, then don't eat them. I can't tolerate that many bananas or any fruit right now. I eat my fruit in moderation and include them in my smoothies to sweeten them.

I would suggest you cut the bananas way down, bring the greens way up and drink water, water, water.

Also, when you bring in meats to your diet, you are slowing down the detox, which just means you will have it to go through again. If you can make it through this without adding in meats you will be far happier in the long run.

Good luck with this.
