So I put together some flax crackers, kale chips, and a tray with some strawberries and bananas dipped into a bit of honey.

I didn't follow any recipes, I need the crackers to go with some hummus I made, and didn't want the dehydrator running with just one tray.

I just tried to whip up some seasonings for the crackers and Kale - don't know if it will be a success or not....

Well we'll see!

Hope the kids will like something!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

and just so you know. running your dehydrator is equal to having your fridge plugged in (energy consumption wise)... so don't worry about it :)

Well - 2 leaves of kale - even large - don't make many.....the kids never had a chance!

But they were yummy!

I whipped up some onion bread too that I've heard alot about - everyone's males seem to like it.

Unfortunately - the hummus didn't turn out so hot, although I think the flax crackers will be good - I put them in the fridge overnight as they were very close to done.

Now just the fruit and onion bread in overnight, I turned the temp down so they don't over do.....

They'll work, dip them in some Salsa. Trial and error is Always a Teacher. So Happy you are enjoying your Dehydrator.

Bananas Dehydrated, Are RAWlicious without the Honey. FYI.....
