so yes or no
because I've researched till my eyes bled (not really) but either way I find results for both yes and no. Should I kick raw soybeans out of my diet completely or allow it sometimes? I can go either way, I'm good at training myself not to eat some things, question is if it's good for my health?

Raw beans are good only when sprouted. I have never tried sprouting soybeans. Many soybeans are genetically tampered with, a no-no. Try sprouting organic mung beans. They are delicious, and good for you.

I mean the ones still in their green shell thing
can I take them out and sprout them? Mine are frozen in little crates, will that still work?
what about the anti nutrient crap I read about

soy in any form is not good for humans so just say "no".

Only non-fermented soy contains the phytic acid which is responsible for the "anti-nutrient" properties you hear about.

i have heard sprouted soybean is too concentrated on protein or another thing(i forgot), so it is only good not to eat RAW

alternatively, sprout other beans to eat raw

you can try to sprout them

yes.. soybeans are not good when they're raw.. natto is good, though.. sorta like cooked tomato sauce is supposed to be good for us, too. lol so i guess that's up in the air. personally, i wouldn't eat them raw.

Nuts and seeds. Also, greens are chock full of amino acids which create protein in your body. Also, you don't need as much protein as people seem to think you do. People may say, "Where do you get your protein?", because they can't imagine you are getting any on a raw vegan diet since you're not eating any animal foods, as if animals are the only source of protein. They're not. I think Alissa's book would be a good help to you.

Can't stress enough the importance of greens...greens are chock full of amino acids and nutrients. Greens are a great source of protein-building aminos.

yay, that sounds easy enough
I want a dehydrator though, I like to "cook"

I hear you there. I wouldn't do so well without some of the heavier raw foods from the dehydrator to help me feel satiated...I looove my raw granola and flax crackers!
