I eat alot of fruit at the moment but i mainly feel i should cut it down to just fruit and veg now to try and overcome my candida problems. Im worried though about the effect it could have on my teeth, has anyone on here who went for just fruit had this problem? Would have it if this cleared up my acne and candida problem but destroyed my teeth haha.

Water rich fruits, veggies and salads shouldn't give you too many problems. If you are brushing your teeth and gums thoroughly but gently and not eating dried fruits or letting them sit on your teeth for long periods of time those are really important things.
If you give me your email I can send you some information on tooth health and the raw diet.
Also here's an article on high fruit helping candida http://arawconnection.ning.com/forum/topics/stopping-candida-in-its-tracks

Last night i ate some chocolate and well it ended up been the whole bar. After this i felt awful so ive decided i have to stick to this completely now if i ever want my acne to go.
Today so far i have eaten.....
Breakfast- 1 pineapple
Snacks- Green smoothie, around 5 apples and a bowl of cucumber
Lunch/Tea- Lettuce, cucumber, grapes and a peach
Regarding my teeth should this be all okay?

Sounds fine to me, except for the lettuce. Replace that with something a darker shade of green.

Victoria Boutenko talks about this in her book, Green for Life.
She discovered that adding dark green leafies to her family's daily diet aleviated dental woes. She does it by making Green Smoothies. 40% dark greens/60% fruit, with enough water to smoothly blend in the Vitamix.
A quart a day of this will do some amazing things for your health! :p

According to Dr. George Meinig, to prevent tooth decay alkalize the saliva and increase ionic hydrogen and calcium. Most fruits are alkaline-forming.
