Oh bummer! People! PEOPLE! Do you need me to have a talkin' to all of you? :D

Obviously those feeling negative need to "up" their Raw food intake because eating Alissa's wonderful Raw dishes surely makes one happy, not negative.

Note to mods - why don't you delete those negative posts? I for one won't read them. I prefer to surround myself with positive things.

I know Alissa was an Angel sent to me to heal me and help me live. No doubt.

Let's all have a big collective gathering of our souls and decide to be a happy unit here!

I only "lurk" here every now and then as of late because I just get sick of all the whining that goes on and all of the unnecessary and drawn out conversations about what raw is and what it isn't, etc. etc. etc.

This August will mark the 3rd year that my raw vegan journey began (and my third year since discovering this site). Alissa's concept is so simple in her book:


just eat


Out of everything that I've done in my life, all the dieting, all the other types of eating..this has been the simplest thing, eating live and healthy food, no measuring, no counting, no worries...just eating and having confidence in knowing that I am benefiting my body and that a healthy body allows me to serve my earthly purpose in life

I'm waiting to speak directly with Alissa before deleting some of them Lucy. I don't want to delete anything she may want to allow.

This is cool that peeps are onto this stuff. I left and only pop in on occaision.
Other spaces and places have virtually none of this. It was a refreshment for me to go.

I feel happier, I stopped talking about raw and simply living it.

Glad the house is getting a good cleaning. I am happy to see self promotion on its way out. That was happening alot and nice for everyone that it is headed to file thirteen. Thankx to all who are coming in with brooms and dustpans to tidy up.

Open the windows, air it out and have freshness....ahhhhhh!
