Question about Alissa's book, are there a LOT of recipes? I'm hoping the book is mostly NOT recipes and predominantly a "how to" book. I hate preparing food and if it's 1/2 recipes, not sure if i should buy it. I'm hearing such great things about the book, but not interested in recipes......

Yeah, there's LOTS of recipes like Strawberry Crepes (my fave) and more BUT, there's LOTS of info as well. What would you be looking for? Can tell you if it's there or not... She's got testimonials, meal plan, food combining chart; reasons to go raw... don't have the book in front of me but she's loaded with info.

It will answer EVERY question you had or any question other people will ask you and it answers questions you didn't even know you had....it's a must have. If I could only have one raw book, that would be the one.
