Sincere Hogan is the owner of JoshOne Fitness, JoshOne Fitcamp, and New Warrior Fitness Systems, based in Houston, TX.

Sincere is a certified Kettlebell Lifting Coach via the American Kettlebell Club (AKC), instructed by world champion kettlebell world record holder and AKC head coach, Valery Fedorenko, a Certified Kettlebell Teacher via the International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation (IKFF), trained under the guidance of Steve Cotter, a certified fitness trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association, and also hold certificates in Sports Nutrition with the International Fitness Association, Fitness Phone Coaching via NESTA, as well as certificates in Functional Training, Functional Anatomy, and Adult CPR/First Aid/AED via the American Red Cross.

Seems a lot of people are missing out on some really good information. He surprised me that he's been watching Zenkahuna's vids and Coach Tara's. He thinks about training and fitness the way we do. If it's not fun, don't do it! Fun is fundamental ~ and that goes along with playing with your food. :)
