View Full Version : Took My First Yoga Class Yesterday......

I know that's the only way I can do it is in the Class. I have not yet learned to be Still, I gotta MOVE. So with directions I will be still for an hour. I also need the Stretching.
I guess it was just Basic Yoga. I am used to seeing Long and Lean Instructors teaching Yoga. This one was Short and Round but she could do all the poses.

There are many, many teachers who don't fit the media sterotype of 'ballerina body yoga teacher". Having a teacher who looks like the 'rest of us' can be comforting because it shows that yoga is indeed for everyone.
I hope you enjoy your classes.

Where's the class? Is it up here in Altadena? I'd be game for a class, at the right time.
