I started the day with a green smoothie. I will have fruit during the day and this evening, at the bbq potluck, I will take some sun-burgers (they are in the dehydrator right now), a big salad and a raw cake.
Today was not my best day...I ate some peanut butter which was obviously not raw...but I got right back on track and that's what matters!
-3 bananas w/ peanut butter
-big salad w/ a container of mixed greens/spinach, red pepper, carrots, a small avocado and vinegar
-1.5 bananas
*5 mile run, best run since I started this challenge...*
-other half of the banana and an apple...then decided I wanted something non-sweet, so I had 2 large carrots & a tomato
-planning on CHERRIES for dessert! Yay!
I decided to treat myself to truly raw almond butter, a cacao brownie and some apricot kernels which I've been reading about for a while. I just ordered all three products from Blue Mountain Organics online and can't wait til they arrive!

meow - where have you read about the apricot kernels? My sister-in-law had some the last time I visited her (she's battling breast cancer). I tried a few but didn't care for the taste at all but she likes them. I never have researched anymore about them. I'd love to hear what you found out about them.

I realized that I go in spurts with things I want to eat although I do keep variety in eat category. For example, the last while I was obsessed with eating lots and lots of fruits but the last couple days (including today) I would rather have a big salad, or a little one for a snack :)
