so...today is the 26th, right? I see that there are already threads open up to the 28th, and I just want to be sure I'm posting in the right thread haha!

So far I made a big salad from the garden: Kale and chickweed, massaged with some olive oil and ACV, topped with some dried cherries (also from the garden), some peppermint leaves, salt, and a drop of agave
I've also been eating spoonfulls of things: coconut butter, nutritional yeast, almond butter...whatever I can put a spoon in. Also been picking raspberries. I guess I've just been munching all day. I went camping and ran out of raw food, so I've been craving some of my familiar raw flavors.

Hi Rawbies! TGIF!

I've been so hungry today...
-green smoothie w/ 3 bananas, frozen mango/strawberries/blueberries, kale. Extra banana on the side.
-giant salad - a whole container of baby romaine w/ carrots, tomato, red peppers, half an avo & vinegar; a lara bar; an apple
-2 bananas
w/o: ran 3 miles w/ sprint intervals
-a cucumber and a giant tomato- so simple, but so good
-an apple & 2 bananas for "dessert"

Hello, everyone, I felt good today and loved my food, so it was a good day!
B: Apple
L: More of the mushroom and wild rice dish I made yesterday, which is out of this world, with green leaf lettuce, as a salad.
S: Made some wraps which didn't quite turn out wrappy so I just sorta made a sandwich out of two layers of wraps with more of the mushroom stuff, yes I love it, and some raw mayo out of the Frugal Raw book, which is quite scrumptious. I have some jicama cut up to make the "potato" salad out of the same book, and I have some zucchini and sweet potato chips in the dehydrator for a snack later.

PS, my wraps were made out of the failed alfredo sauce I mentioned a few days ago! I remembered some tomato and basil tortillas I saw in the store, so I whirled in a couple of tomatoes and some basil and dehydrated the batter. I don't quite have the knack to dehydrate wraps yet, though, as by the time the middles were done the edges were too crispy and broke when I tried to wrap them. But they are very tasty, better than the alfredo was.

B-raw granola with mom's raw sprouted almond milk and a banana

L-green salad with lots of veggies & avocado w/raw ranch dressing

D-zucchini pasta with pesto sauce and tomato/onion salsa

S-fruit granola w/ mom's almond milk and a banana (this was to combat the strong garlic aftertaste of the pesto)

katchmoleen - GOOD FOR YOU! That was really clever of you to find a way to use the alfredo sauce.

Today was nice. I had the day off, did some grocery shopping and food prepping so my dehydrator is full right now. I also went to NIA class which is SO much fun and (I find) very complimentary to this lifestyle of raw -all that free energy and earthliness :D
