hello everyone!

moved to the US recently and looking for a name brand of frozen corn here that does NOT flash pasteurize, and thus take all the nutrients out. I realize fresh corn is best but there isn't always time to huck the corn husks.

anyone know?

many many thanks!

I'm new to all this and boy is there a lot to learn. Why can't food just be food.

I can't find organic corn (want to try a local farmer's market soon), so I use Whole Foods organic corn. What a shame that I can't even trust it's raw.........very frustrating.

I don't think there is any frozen corn that hasn't been blanched. You can always freeze your own.
