Wow!! this is the 13th day in a row 100% raw for me. I am very grateful.
I had a gs this morning for breakfast. We will have a large salad for lunch, I will be making cinnamon balls and chocolate cake today to have on hand. I haven't quite decided on dinner - possibly zucchini noodles with marinara sauce & a salad. Bananas as a snack really seem to curb my hunger.
I will also increase my water intake today.

Can't believe the month is almost over... wow!
I wasn't able to eat much today, so please excuse my light menu.
-banana & lara bar
-mango for lunch
-3 bananas throughout afternoon/early evening
-large salad w/ red leaf lettuce, baby romaine, cauliflower, cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper, carrots & vinegar
I miss my green smoothies! Maybe tomorrow I'll feel ok enough to have one in the morning, I just don't want a horrible stomache ache while I'm trying to get through the morning cleaning at work.

Hurray! Today was so nice and light. Plus, it was super hot today and I stood over the table making my supper in about ten minutes while my roommate complained about the heat and stood over the stove for 30 minutes making her and her husband food...I don't miss that at all...I love eating all raw :)

40 oz smoothie with 2 dates, 2 mangoes, fresh and frozen strawberries, one frozen banana, beet greens
cucumber, onion, tomato salad with cider vinegar and olive oil
banana “ice cream” with Alissa’s carob fudge sauce
granola with blueberries and almond milk
56 oz water total

24 days raw for me and I'm sailing through it, the last two days I have had my old appetite back and I've been eating like a pig. My back pain is 90% gone and I seem to be hovering around 210 lbs, 20 lbs less than when I started on June 1st. I'm working alot which is probably causing my strong appetite.
B-banana, blueberry, pineapple, apple, 1/2 avocado, chia seeds, celery, red kale and dates smoothie
L-2 barritos with walnut meat and lettuce wrapped (very good).
S-key lime pie, 2 - almond/carrot ginger cookies, raw sprouted pastacios
D-green salad with lots of veggies, 2 flax crackers
S-apple/banana mint chocolate shake, pear with almond butter... still hungry:(:mad:

Breakfast: Seed cheese with raw crackers, apple
Lunch: Actually was a mid-afternoon snack, a Living Foods chocolate covered greens bar, bought at the health food store. As far as I could tell, it was all raw.
Supper: Large green salad with vinaigrette, some coconut yogurt, which tasted really good. I am going to try to make some homemade almond milk yogurt. Dairy yogurt was a staple of mine and I really miss it.
Snack: A couple of figs. I might still have an avocado as I am feeling hungry still. Weight is down 7 pounds in 12 days. Yay! As for the rest of me, I don't really feel great yet, but my knee pain is down considerably and I do not wrestle with heartburn every single night. Yay for that too. I drank tons of water today too.
