Hi

I read on here that I can juice carrot tops and pea greens. I am asuming pea greens are the stems and leaves? I have been juicing these along with carrots, kale, spinach and apples.

What other leaves and stems from the garden can I Juice? I have broadbeens, fava beans (french), tomatoes, various fruit bushes, bell pepper plants, cucumber, courgette.

It would make my juices so much more nutritious if I could pick the leaves from these plants and juice them rather than buy in spinach and kale that is a few days old. I do grow spinach and Kale but calculated wrong and used it all up in a few days:eek:

Never use the leaves from Tomatoes, Peppers, Potatoes... those are the deadly nightshade plants.
I'm not sure I'd use any sort of squash leaves, either... though squash blossoms are edible.

You could juice edible weeds like lambsquarters(goosefoot), dandelions, etc.Free and more nutritious than garden greens.
