Hi! My pen name is Larksong. You can call me Lark. I am thrilled about preparing and eating raw food! I have already jumped in, created my unique "adaptations" to other raw recipes and made a few of my own. My physical body LOVES this food! My motto is "Never admit defeat (of a recipe, a dish, an outcome), just re-name it!" I am wide open for all possibilities and eager to learn more!
I am a music person and a violinist with a long professional career...now retired. It is fun to follow my own creative wiggles and whims, so it is a new day! I am fascinated with consciousness and how it creates aliveness! And, how we have all the resources within ourselves to become conscious and happy! I am feeling how raw food aids and abets a nourshing inner environment for explorations of all kinds! So, I am falling into love again and again! Lark
