Hi all im going to go on my first juice diet ever. I am going to try for 4 weeks. 1st week juice and protein powder. 2nd week just juice. 3rd week master cleanse. 4th week just water. do you guys think this a bad fast for me to do? second, i tried to find a juicer but they r so expensive and i really dont have the time to make my own juice. How is the naked juice line?? are there any mass produced juices you guys can recommend. im looking for healthy organic juices.

For what you are going to pay for Juice, I think you could buy a Juicer and juice your own. Jack Lalane sells his for about 99- or less depending on where you purchase it. Sometimes you might want to drink more than the little bottle.
YES....making your own is the Best but it can be time consuming. When I make mine, I make enough for a few days. I use these containers called Lock and Lock at qvc.com and they keep it Fresh enough for Me.
So whatever you decide to do......I wish you My Best and may you FLLLLYYYYY. From your New Found Energy.

oh theres no question that fresh is better but is more about the time. money-wise i dont know. figure im spending 3 - 5 bucks per bottle of juice vs. at least a 100$ for a juicer PLUS the cost of organic veggies evertime i wanna juice. the difference cant be that much between them

Remember that NONE of the commercial juices are raw. They are all pasteurized, even Odwalla etc. now are at least "flash" pasteurized, since their e-coli scandal a few years ago. Check ebay for a used juicer, or go to your local yahoo freecycle group and post a want ad. The best juice for a fast is vegetable juice and carrot/apple juice. Organic carrots are quite reasonable at Costco and here really soon the organic apples should be getting cheaper. It's really worth getting a juicer. Of course, if you have a blender (especially the high-speed variety) you can cut up your produce, add water, and strain through a nut-mylk bag or the like after blending. Good luck with your fast.

yes it does. you are really drinking sugar when you drink bottled juices.

Try craigslist for the juicer. I got Champion there for 50 dollars and had a good use out of it.
