Difference between semi and sweet fruits?

I did a search on the difference to get a list of semi sweet versus sweet fruits but could find nothing.

Could someone please list for me the different ones according to category so that I can print it out? I eat a lot of fruit and sometimes wonder if I eat too much.

I checked out that site as well and was surprised to find them carrying a diet that included dairy
