Emailing users

How come when i click on a users name some have email option, others dont? I want to tell Snoops thanks for the postive vibe posts in my blog and i want to tell her that tomorrow i go for it and i will support her monday when she does!
so why cant i email people?????

some people have their account set up so no one can contact them. it's a personal choice!

Makes me wish there were PM's enabled on this board but there's some sort of money issue with that from what I've read in the archives. I'd prefer not to have to reveal my email address just to answer somebody on this forum. People are nice here for the most part, but from the looks of the archives in the past, some people can be real stalkers.
