Applesauce.

My mom went to Sprouts Farmers Market the other day and bought a few jars of applesauce. The ingredients are just apples and Vitamin C (absorbic acid).I was wondering if itwould be raw or not. Do they cook applesauce? Anyone know? Thanks! =)

It is santa cruz organic applesauce.

Sorry, i don't think this is. All juices or preserved food are exposed to high temperature.

K, thanks! I just made a raw applesauce and washed out the other jar and filled it with my raw one. =D Yummy!

a couple of years ago i worked for an apple sauce making company... and yes it is heated and very, very hot temps (almost boiling)

making your own is the best :D
