I was able to buy several pound of whole, shelled almonds and need to know the best way to store them.
Before RAW, I would pretty much only use nuts in baking, so tossing them in the freezer was just fine. But I want to try sprouting the almonds. How long will the whole almonds stay viable if at normal room temps of less than 80 degrees? Should I just select out some to sprout, and store them in the fridge instead of the freezer?
