I love Manna/Essene Bread and many others here do too but the Nature's Path Manna bread isn't raw even though it's cooked at ''low'' temperatures but it isn't dehyrdated.I found a recipe for Raw Manna Bread and i had to share it with everyone here.

I am going to sun dry my Essene bread since i don't have a dehyrdator and my oven only goes at low as about 135 or 140F.Sun drying is excellent for this time of year especially here in Florida it has been 90-95F every day and it's a bit warmer in direct sunlight.Because i do enjoy raw food but i have to admit that i miss warm bread fresh bread. Here are two recipes that i copied and pasted.

You can also change the recipe a bit if you want to make a sweet cinnamon raisin bread with raw agave nectar or raw stevia powder(from rawguru) with raw raisins, raw sprouted cashews, or raw goji berries and and maybe some finely shredded fresh carrots soaked in some raw agave nectar or yacon syrup if you want it to be like a carrot cake.If you want frosting on the 'carrot' cake i would recommend making some frosting with 3/4 cup of soaked cashews,2 dates, 1/2-1 whole organge juiced, some orange zest, a little lemon juice, raw vanilla bean and blend in a food processor until the mixture is thick and creamy. I saw a person on youtube do this.
