Need help preparing spaghetti squash

I have some of the hard shell yellow spaghetti squash.

I know how to prepare them if cooked but really want help preparing them raw.

Does anyone know how? If yes, please share.

Try cutting it open, taking the seeds out then adding warm salt water and letting it sit for a while. Then take a Fork and loosen up the Strands. You can also let it sit in the Dehydrator with the salt water to loosen up the strands.
