Have Yellow,Red & Orange Tomatoes & Peppers Colorful Recipe?

Hello! I am new here and this is my very first post! I have some lovely yellow, orange and red Tomatoes and Bell Peppers. I wanted to make something that would show off all the pretty colors. Other than salads can someone suggest a colorful recipe for these veggies?

Oil-olive or flax, citrus juice or apple cider vinegar, spices, garlic, onion, Braggs or Nama Shoyu. Or you can use a dressing recipe.
