Hi, I'm in the process of regaining health (14 yr problems...mcs/ei). Am on supplements for endocrine,do sauna daily, juice some, etc. Still fighting poor energy & stamina. Any suggestions to regain vibrant energy? :rolleyes:
Friend made me some shakes in a Vita-mix...are those things awesome or what! Also looking for someone near me to take a class/learn how to teach others about RAW. Thanks.

Many find large amounts of greens, especially in smoothies, soups and juices work well.
