Spent the last month going raw and the results have been amazing. I am currently enjoying the threads here and have a ton of questions. I am a single father, raising four sons! We are all raw/vegan, pretty much. Our current big quest now is on remineralizing our teeth, with some good results so far.

And yes, I've recently read the sunfood diet, which I've been hip to for years anyways on my own.

i have found it diff to get a teenager raw---younger is easier i am sure.
the results ARE amazing and the longer you go, the more amazing they get. i am only 6 months and i am 100% most of the time but here and there go to about 98% raw. i can hardly wait to see what happens next!! : )

Welcome! I wished i lived in california too, seems you can get a lot of locally grown fruits and veg there...
