Hey everyone,
I'm Kristen,
I live in Maryland and am super excited about getting started with the raw diet. I tend to buy/eat prepare whole foods anyway and eat pretty healthy so it's not intimidating to me at all.

I'm looking forward to staying in touch with you all here though as I'm thinking the interaction and support will me the key for keeping me excited and motivated.

I have three boys (4 if you count my hubby LOL) and teach art courses as well as run my own online business. So I'm really busy but I love it that way. I always like to be doing something new!
