Which side of reusable dehydrator sheets to use?

I got reusable dehydrator sheets and they seem the same both sides but one has the excalibur logo on it and the other is blank. Are both sides non stick?

I guess I never really thought about it, but I use the side without the writing on it - ;)

I always use the side WITH the writing on it :p
I also got three blank ones, from another vendor, and those I guess I'm using either side, as how can I tell the difference?

I don't think it matters... really. :D

In that case it's probably safer to use the non writing side to prevent whatever chemicals the writing is made of from getting into the food.
