ALL of their products are vegetarian(they use honey), and most of them are vegan too!

I always intended on going in there but I never properly looked at the place until today. Boy, if I had known what their products were made of I likely would be using a lot of them now.

They make their products from all natural ingredients and safe synthetics. They manufacture hair dyes, moisturizers, sun lotions, shampoos and conditioners, shower gels, loads of skin care etc. There stuff is really nice, I bought a salt body scrub. I only went in there because I was looking for a good fake tan remover without a load of stuff in it.

So, have any of you bought any of their products? Have you ever heard of them?

I don't know...they claim to be natural, but honestly, Google some of those ingredients and it's not so appealing anymore.

There's a Lush store in my area but not really convenient to my home or workplace. I've stopped in a few times when I was at that particular mall, and looked at some of their stuff online.

Maybe it's not all wonderful but seems to beat most of what else is out there that I've found. I mainly use honey to cleanse, and either coconut or avocado oil at night, and jojoba oil in the morning. But I still need some type of light moisturizer in the morning before using my mineral foundation. I was planning to go by and check a couple of things out when my current moisturizer starts getting low, which should be in the next few weeks. I'll let you know if I buy anything and how I like it.

They use sodium lauryl sulfate and other yucky ingredients. Try to find a spa around you that sells Emminence organics if you want really pure, beautiful products.

I am not familiar with those ingredients but they seemed to infer that the small amount of synthetic ingredients they use are safer than most companies. Which I believe to be true, as another poster commented, it is far better than most of the stuff out there.

Thanks for your reply tho and I will look into Emminence, cheers:)

I haven't checked out their online store for a long time, but it used to give the ingredients of each product when you clicked on it. I don't remember sodium lauryl being listed on the things I checked, but those were mainly the moisturizers for dry skin.

I'll try and look at their website again and see what I can find out. May not get to it today.

Right, they're better than most...but the sodium lauryl sulfate is a great example of why I don't buy them...for years my hair was frizzy and dry no matter how much conditioner I used or how infrequently or frequently I washed it...then I switched to a non-SLS (sodium lauryl/lauryth sulfate) shampoo and I've never had that problem since then. Ever.
