First of all im a believer of fat been the issue for candida so want to focus on just fruits and vegetables. I was wondering if sweet potatoes are okay to eat, do they have much fat in?
Im getting very frustrated with blackheads!! My nose and forehead are covered in them whilst they are spreading on my cheeks and are often appearing just under my bottom lip. Are blackheads caused by candida issues? Just wondering if it is candida causing them or could it be something else?
Also i know you are supposed to mix up your greens and you dont want to keep having the same ones. At the moment though im having a green smoothie in the morning using spinach, and for my lunch i have a salad that includes romaine lettuce. Is it okay to be having this everyday? My local supermarkets dont seem to sell many different greens at all.

potatoes are starch and are converted into sugar anyways. It's probably better to eat to fill up on than overt fats. I wouldn't worry about it, unless you're adding fats to flavour it then you'd want to be a little conscious of food combining.
BTW everyone is complimenting me on my skin and how much better it is. I actually don't even need to wash with soap or cleanser anymore, just water and a soft wash cloth and my pores are tightening themselves and i have less blackheads on my nose actually.
I don't know about candida causing blackheads, but its just dirt and oil accumulating in the pores. I know as soon as i started eating better my skin got really bad for about 4-6 weeks and then the more fruit and green smoothies i ate the better it became.

You need to mix your greens at some point.
Otherwise your body isn't goint to want them anymore. There is a small amount of poison in greens that do strench your immune system but can be toxic if you eat the same green all the time. Mother nature did that so the animals don't eat the same species at once.
I can eat the same greens for many days no problem, but i just make sure to switch once in a while. I couldn't have enough kale, now i am in a mood for baby argula. You can always request your local store to cary more variety. Also, consider to support your local farmers.

Ok just want to remind you that you do need fats in you diet everyday. Somthing like flaxseed oil, seeds or some avocado could not do any damage. The problem with fats and sugar is also a combination issue. Eat fat alone ex. a avocado with a little sea or crystal salt. Or some oil or sunflower seeds over a good salat. But no nuts and fruit combo ;)
It is ok to go low fat but not no fat. Just wantet to remind you :D
Greens that support the liver will offen have a good effect on troubelt skin. Staying alkaline is also good.
