HI! My name is Hannah. I've been raw on and off for a YEAR but I don't let it get me down when I'd fall off the wagon. Would've just made me feel even worse! Since recently though I've found the PUSH and the MOTIVATION I needed in order to succeeded! Just by reading Green for life by Victoria Buotenko {sp?} I can never spell her last name properly...
But I was filled with all of this inspiration and everything and it was like all those SAD foods addictions were just little. I felt so light and the foggy block in my mind preventing me from continuing raw just started to slowly open. :D
but yeah. I've been on raw for 3 weeks now! 3 weeks that's pretty good for me but due to my SA I have trouble going around and getting out and exercising.. It's mainly because of my weight that I hate going out there and because of my LACK of exercise I keep breaking out more and it makes me want to curl up in bed and just stay there for the majority of the day.:(
The good thing is though! I lost 10lbs plus some just in 2 weeks being on raw and doing green smoothies woo hoo! I was literally like 220lbs plus some. It was a huge eye opener I was like Oh my god. I need to lose weight and be healthier badly. Plus I couldn't even fit in my favorite fat pants. That's not right :P
So about me.. I'm 18 going on 19 and I move around a lot my friends call me the nomad. I move so much due to my dad's job and it's never like an entire year that we wait before we move again it's usually less then that. By Wednesday we'll be moving to Canaduh! Or Canada sorry {habit} and be there for 6 months woo hoo! but yeah that's all I really have to say about me though :] OH!
My mom discovered raw when she was in AZ from reading online and stuff and then she introduced us to it when we got to KY and told us how great it was {my sister and I} and we were very iffy about it at first and didn't really like the food or the green smoothies a lot but we noticed the huge difference it made and we began to love it! :) With moving around a lot it makes it hard for us to keep on raw food sometimes because of all those tempting fast food and resturants billboards on the road but we'll be doing it right this time. NEH! To the bad foods.
