Can you eat this kind of sea salt?? This is the kind used for master cleanse, it HAS to be uniodized sea salt, but can you use this in foods??

Sure, go ahead. Make sure you eat other iodine containing foods like seaweeds.

nori rolls are really awesome sources of iodine & you can make raw sushi... which are actually more like kimbap... but i digress.. lol in asia they don't use iodized salt (at least i never saw any when i lived there.. then again, i couldn't read the lables...) so anywho.. lol they get most of their iodine from seaweed and nori. :) you can use nori, like i said to make "sushi" or "kimbap"... or even crumble it up in raw soups & salads. :)
