Most times I know what I'm looking for because I remember reading it. At times they can be a little trickey to find.

Oil pulling right now! :) Oil pulling is up there with exercise, raw food, sunlight, and love in my life...

I use coconut oil for OP - my teeth are nice 'n white, even my husband asked me what I was doing to get them so white.

I OP 20 minutes every day. *Ü*
